Position Description
Job Summary: As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations, ensuringefficient and organized handling of materials and supplies necessary for our printing processes. You will play avital role in managing inventory, optimizing warehouse layout, and coordinating with other departments to meetproduction requirements. Includes shipping and receiving and managing of the recycling program.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Oversees the daily workflow of the warehouse; schedules and organizes staff to ensure proper staffingof all shifts.
• Hires and trains new warehouse employees.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Notify and work with Human Resources in disciplinary actions and termination of employees as neededand in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performancemanagement.
• Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing materialsand supplies, shipping, and logistics.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular physical inventory counts.
• Implement inventory management systems such as a bar code one and procedures to optimize stocklevels and minimize shrinkage.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices for handling and storing hazardousmaterials.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and facilities, arranging for repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery ofmaterials to support production schedules.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in warehouse operations.
• Manage the recycling program.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to track key performance indicators and identify areas forimprovement.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Lift truck certification required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment preferred.Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred. OR High schooldiploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing or printing environment.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the warehouse.

Pay: $80,000.00 to $115,000.00 per YEAR
